Payment Terms
These Payment Terms govern all course registrations, educational programs, workshops, and events organized by MULTIDISCIPLINARY IMPLANT AND AESTHETIC MIAMI INSTITUTE CORP (M.I.A.M.I.), hereinafter referred to as M.I.A.M.I. or Miami Institute.
By registering for any course or event offered by M.I.A.M.I., Participants agree to the following payment terms.
1. Registration and Payment
Registration for any course, program, or event organized by M.I.A.M.I. is considered confirmed only once the full registration fee has been successfully received and processed.
Participants acknowledge that course seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
M.I.A.M.I. reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration that has not been fully paid.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made using authorized payment methods available during the registration process, including but not limited to:
• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Bank Transfer (when approved by M.I.A.M.I.)
• Online payment platforms integrated with the official M.I.A.M.I. website
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
3. Pricing and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
M.I.A.M.I. reserves the right to modify course pricing for future events without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of registration will remain valid for that specific registration.
4. Non-Refundable Registration Fees
Due to limited seating capacity and the preparation required for educational programs, all registration fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by M.I.A.M.I.
Once a registration has been completed and payment has been processed, the participant’s seat is reserved and removed from course availability.
5. Registration Transfers
In certain cases, M.I.A.M.I. may allow a participant to transfer their registration to another participant for the same course.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to M.I.A.M.I. prior to the event and must be approved by M.I.A.M.I.
M.I.A.M.I. reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request at its sole discretion.
6. Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by M.I.A.M.I.
M.I.A.M.I. reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any course or event due to circumstances including but not limited to:
• Instructor availability
• Operational requirements
• Safety concerns
• Force majeure events
• Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of M.I.A.M.I.
If a course is rescheduled or cancelled by M.I.A.M.I., participants may be offered one of the following options at the discretion of M.I.A.M.I.:
• Transfer to a future course date
• Credit toward another course organized by M.I.A.M.I.
M.I.A.M.I. shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
7. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email including:
• Payment receipt or confirmation
• Course registration confirmation
• Event details and instructions
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during registration is accurate.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Participants agree not to initiate any payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting M.I.A.M.I. to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
• Cancellation of course participation
• Suspension from future registrations
• Legal recovery of damages, administrative costs, and associated fees.
